Ok. I haven't been all that interested in Irish Chain until I saw that one! The colors are so, so beautiful! I love that you used up scraps.

Very pretty colors, and bob thinks you made it just for him.

Tricia, love your Irish Chain!!! The view is gorgeous, and on Bob.......not only is the quilt feline approved, but have a friend that has Bob's twin AND same name! Their other cat's name is O'Malley, we laughingly say that "Bob" (interject Cagney voice) is O'Malley's enforcer! LOL!
What do you mean I'm easily distracted..........HEY LOOK......FABRIC!!!!

Your Irish chain quilt is lovely. Isn't it wonderful to be able to make something lovely and useful from scraps? And Bob - well - it is obvious how he came about his name.

Thank you for all the wonderful compliments! I few of you have mentioned the view. This is someplace I drive past every day. What you don't see is what's out in the ocean! It's called 99 Islands (99 meaning "many") and it was where the opening credits of The Last Samurai was filmed. Simply breathtaking! You should google it. They harvest oysters out in those waters twice a year and they are getting ready for their next one (which will be our last) Oyster Festival. Here is a picture of some of it...
