    Idea for you Bob- when we get it finished can it be spiral bound so it will lay flat on the counter. I hate books that are conventionally bound. They get all mucked up. If that costs too much tho I can always take it and have it bound at Staples. Just something to think about.

    I was thinking of the spiral binding. I agree it is nice when the cookbooks lay flat on the counter.

    My favorite 'go to' cook books are like these. Those cookbooks that the churches put out are full of the best recipes. I look forward to possibly putting an entry in....but more interested in buying it. I really need to start paying more attention....this one almost go by me too.
