A deep 8in baking tin lined
125gm butter(4oz) 1cup brown sugar 1cup chocolate melts 2TBspoons of golden syrup 1 egg 1cup self raising flour
1/2 cup plain flour 1/2lb of white chocolate bits
Combine chocolate melts,sugar ,butter, and syrup in small pan and melt on LOW HEAT stirring all the time.Cool add egg and whisk through.Sift flours into a large bowl and add chocolate mixture mix well,add white choc bits and bake at 160(300F)mod slow heat.Cool in tin Fudge might be firm to hard but will soften
Spread with chocolate topping (melted milk chocolate and 1/4 cup of sour cream)sprinkle with walnutsCut into inch pieces and please hide away the tin its morish enjoy
