    This is by far the most precious baby girl quilt that I have seen in a long while.....maybe EVER! Adorable, so sweet, so soft with the Minky and just beautiful! You should be very proud! I love the scalloped edges, too!

    question. Did you put batting between the quilt top and the minkee?

    Yes, I used 100% cotton batting. I had read somewhere that the minky would come through to the light colored quilt top when quilting unless I used batting.

    Oh, I have to agree that is really precious. The scallop edges and the beautiful fabric is wonderful! Very nicely done. I love it!
