Default Anyone Used Fons & Porter Diamond Ruler?

I saw a diamond scrap quilt on the cover of F & P's latest "Scrap Quilts" magazine that caught my eye as a possible pattern for my batiks. It requires the use of the Diamond Ruler, which will work for 1-6" widths & will make a 60 deg. angle. F & P wants $20.99 for it. I saw it on Amazon for $14.42. The reviews were positive. Has anyone used this ruler? Was it easy to use? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks! JCY

The EZ Quilting one is the one I have. Works great and unless I have a 50% off coupon at Joann's, I usually find something besides Fons and Porter. There are so many out there that work just as great and save you money.

    Don't buy any ruler!
You can easily cut 6" wide, 60° diamonds just using a regular 6" by 24" ruler. Here's a tutorial: How to Rotary Cut Diamond Shapes for a Quilt

I have the F & P ruler. Got it on sale at Joanns. It works fine.
