    Default Crown Royal Bags

I am looking for Crown Royal bags if anyone has any they want to get rid of. I am making a house warming quilt and this is what they are looking for. Has anyone made a Crown Royal Quilt?
    Thanks.

I thought I seen one on here a long time ago. It was very different but very nice. Good luck and I'd love to see pics when it's finished.
I found it..it was Donna that made a pillow out of the bags. It came out really nice. Here is the link to the thread.

On the MSQC blog there was a picture once of one someone had done that was on the quilting machine being quilted by MSQC. http://blog.missouriquiltco.com/?s=crown+royal

You can buy the bags from Crown Royal, but it would end up being an expensive quilt. I think the were more than a dollar each last time I looked.

MSQC quilted one several years ago, Ron Doan got to quilt it. It was really a pretty quilt! Don't know if there is an archive picture of their blog entries!

My friend made a Crown royal quilt for her daughter's wedding. She also ran out and had to buy them from eBay. I think she has some left, I'll ask her.

And hee-hee, I got to see Ron working on it - in person!! It was spectacular, too.

Ok, I put this on facebook and asked a few of my friends and I have found some. I got a call into the lady who owns a bar and my MIL is going to ask her friends that owns a bar. I am coming to the fall forum and if I have enough bags I thought this would be fun to work on there. Thanks everybody for you help.

Okay, I went to this sight and now have more decisions to make. I had a pattern picked out but there are so many beautiful ones out there. I'lll have to look at them again and see which one I want to make.
