Default Best White Cotton for Quilts

Has anyone found a good opaque white cotton to use for quilts? Is Kona white or Bella white thicker or more opaque? Or have you found another brand that is better? I hate when you can see through the white pieces on a quilt. Thanks for any tips you can give me.

I've used Kona white and like it. You'll find differing opinions, but there was a discussion in the last day or so about whites. Here's one of them. http://forum.missouriquiltco.com/qui...es-whites.html

I have used both kona and Bella solids. I do prefer Bella solids, I find that they don't fray as much as the kona. I do use kona for backing my quilts rather then piecing because of the fraying.
