    Hello all my wonderful friends

    Its my checkin update kinda day...Lets see my home is now sold and that was a nail biter...I am working working working...and still smoke free 7 months and counting...
    To all my friends here also going through this journey Congrats whether its one day of a yr...
    The weight loss is steady and good..I miss you all and will pop in soon...

            Great job and you are looking just wonderful; I am six months smoke free and still going strong...so far have gained about 15 lbs so not too bad...Doctor isn't at all concerned about it so neither am I.....can't wait until you have more time to catch us all up on what is going on in Shannon's world....

                Shannon, so good to hear from you. How exciting to hear you are doing so well. Still smoke free for 8+ months. The weight, well that is another issue. Have lost a little, but not what I want to. Plan on working on that slowly. Drop in a little more often...we MISS you, GF. You look fabulous.
