    I grab them by the toe and yank. Ruined a lot of thin hose that way.

    I realize I'm a day late, but for me, I have no set set of rules about shoes, socks and pants or shorts. I have a sock drawer yes, but they are not paired till I need them. Why waste my time matching. And if I can not find a pair in the allotted time for that day, I go with no socks. So, sometimes it's socks first and sometimes not, then pants and then shoes.

    To maintain flexibility and strength, I use my toes to take off my socks. There are many different ways to use your toes to take off socks. Just depends how much time you decide to take to do the job
