Half - Hexagon ruler by Natalie Dawn for MSQC

I finally had the courage to cut into my precious Wonderland by MoMo.

The small pile in front is all that's left for waste. The pile on the right is the "ends" which I am going to seam together and use for part of the binding. And the huge pile is my beautiful half hexes just begging to become something fabulous.

Please post when you have started putting yours together. I seem to be having some issues, and I don't know if it is me, or what. I tend to make things harder than they really are!!! My little "nubs" that I cut off are not correct so when you flip your hexi over and press, I am not getting a straight strip. I have checked my pieces with the hexi template and they are correctly cut. I have no clue as to what I am doing wrong. Any advice would be welcome. I have also checked my seam allowance and that is also correct. I really don't know. I'm at a loss. Getting tired of "frog stitching"!!

I just bought the half-hexi and my first jelly roll a few days ago. I can't wait for it to come in the mail and try this out. I watched the MSQC YouTube video on it and was instantly inspired
