    Default Good afternoon to all!

Hi everyone. My name is Angie. I'm originally from WV but have been living in VA for the past 17 years with my husband and our three sons who are grown now. I made my first quilt four years ago and opened my etsy shop (Summerfield Quilts) last August. I am self taught and have so much to learn. I really enjoy reading posts and articles, but seem to have a hard time getting myself to join an in person quilting class. I started my own blog this week after eight months of procrastinating and am hoping to be able to get over my speaking fear. Yes mine even extends to speaking in writing on the web. lol.
Just a few more things about me. I am absolutely in love with MODA fabrics and wish I could decorate my entire house with them. I am also the proud mom of three Irish Setters, two of which we got from rescue.
