    Default Flannel Twister

I posted a thread a little while ago about my problems stippling on flannel - I ended up ripping out the little stippling that I had done (took about 16 hours) and just quilted straight lines (you can barely see them in this picture).

It turned out great - Hubby was able to sleep with it last night.

Really a nice quilt ! Isn't ripping out horrible - I just hate that. The colors you chose are great.

Love this quilt! Your colors are very complimentary!

Never made a flannel quilt. Is it hard to sew on ect. I think twister pattern is so fun. Yours is lovely.

I got several 10" flannel samplers from Connecting Threads (their pre-cut samplers are the same price per yard as their yardage!). Sewing the flannel wasn't hard at all - actually for me it was pretty easy - kinda like moving through butter, nice and creamy. Stippling is where I had issues - but if I use a straight stitch during the quilting process - I'm golden!!
