Default Quilt top not laying flat after putting together

Hi! As I'm putting my quilt top together (sewing larger pieced sections together), I'm finding the finished top will not lay flat. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

Are you pressing and squaring up as you go?
Quilts may come, and quilts may go, but the stitches stay the same.

    Hi and Welcome

Many reasons - the way you pressed your seams -- The Direction you SEW each row... When you are doing large quilts it helps then to lay flatter if you sew Row 1 =================> in this direction, Row 2 <================= get's sew this way and also Iron/Press these ways.

Please post a photo if you can and hope these ideas help out

Did you measure the pieces across the center and adjust any differences across the width?
