Maybe that is why I always pass on them. Forgot the chili and cheese which everyone knows makes everything better. Well, maybe not everything but you get my drift...

I ordered a Frosty root beer float at Wendy's and they were out of vanilla frosty mix but offered to make the root beer float with chocolate. YUCK! No thank you!

I've never had them like this but it sounds so good. I will have to try this.

l'm sorry to say that potatoes are high in carbs and starch which raises blood sugar and the ingredients used in packaged gluten free products are not very good for us to consume ..l've been doing "wheat belly" for 10 mths and not touched any gluten free products and l've lost 28 kilos or 61.6 lbs....... and l'm finally under 100 kilos ( 220lbs )for the first time in 22 years.

But if you're adding flour, these aren't gluten free..... . We are gluten free at our house. I have a gluten allergy.

And for the record, once potatoes are cooked, they are no longer a vegetable, they become a starch. Same for corn. In order to get anything good from either, they have to be eaten raw.
