    Company French Toast Casserole

    1. Melt 1/2 cup butter in 9 x 13 pan
    2. Stir in 1 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon
    3. Place 12 slices bread in double layer over butter mix.
    4. Beat five eggs with 1 1/2 cups whole milk (2% will work)
    5. Pour egg mixture over bread
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cut into squares and invert onto a plate. Serve with warm maple syrup.

    * Can prepare night before and bake next morning

    I like french toast any way it is cooked. breakfast lunch dinner or overnite for the next morning! Yum! Thanks for sharing!
