This is the last quilt I picked up from the LAQ this week. It's a queen size quilt I made using my first jelly roll I ever purchased, Robert Kaufman 1930's Bella Solid. I found the pattern on modabakeshop.com and it's called 30's Barn Raising.
My LAQ lady only has a couple of stitch designs. I'm okay with that since her price is right. There are some quilts I would like to have something stitched differently. When I make those I will pay the higher price and have someone else quilt them.
I'm pretty much caught up right now so I am going to try to stay away from the sewing machine (maybe just sew at night after hubby goes to bed). We have two trips scheduled for July and will be gone 3 weeks of the month. I need to get caught up with other things at home.
