    Default Autumn in Barossa

We love living in South Australia surrounded by so many great wine regions. Had a lovely trip to Barossa on Tuesday. Cant believe how warm it was. The colours were beautiful as you can see.

Wish I could have gone wine tasting with you. LOVE Australian wines!!! They do a merlot that is truly fantastic!!!

One of the wineries does a special fortified after dinner wine - 'SABLE' - tawny port with a touch of brandy and dark German chocolate - scrumptious. Even more decadent when sipped through a layer of cream!

Lovely lovely lovely pictures. Thank you for sharing. I am really wishing for some sunshine here, too. I have it on the best authority that our days will be filled with sunshine soon enough and then we here will be complaining about the heat.

We've had our hottest run of May days for 92 years (winter is only 3 weeks away now!) averaging 80-82.
