    Default Snowflake Snacks

Just thought someone might want a new snack for Super Bowl Weekend and this is so simple and so yummy! Enjoy!

    Snowflake Snacks

    1 package of Puffcorn (I used Frito Lay's brand) 4 1/2 ounces
1 package of Almond Bark --24 oz ( I used Giradelle's White Chocolate)

In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate over hot water. Stir to melt smoothly. Pour Puffcorn in a large bowl. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the puff corn and stir well to coat all. Lay out pieces, separating them, onto wax paper on the counter top or large cookie sheets. Allow to dry. Try to eat just one piece! Just so addicting!

    Thumbs up Re: Snowflake Snacks

Hmmmm....sounds good SuzyQue! I love using white chocolate for all kinds of snack treats. I mix Rice Krispies, Rice Chex and Kix cereals with cashew nuts in a big bowl and coat them well all over with melted white chocolate. Scoop them out by the spoonful on wax paper until they cool. Makes lovely sweet, crunchy cereal cookies in about 15 minutes.

I have decided to not share this recipe with my dear Luscious Larry. He would want large servings of it. So would everyone else. If I make this it will be for me. When I am alone. I don't always share well.

    Sounds terrific!
