Default Wedding Dress Quilt......completed! Can't load photos!

I actually finished this before Christmas and it was a Christmas gift for the bride from her mom (my boss). She wanted me to make a quilt/coverlet from her daughters wedding gown. It was very emotional for me and I really stressed over it. The wedding gown was a very simple, strapless gown with crystal medallions around the bottom. It was puffy with lots of "pickups". After I deconstructed it, I split the front skirt and rearranged to the sides making a rounded coverlet large enough to fit my queen bed. I took the bodice and crafted 2 pillows....one from the front and one from the back. I used scraps to make a quilted looking ornament. I told the bride if she ever decides she wants a more traditional "quilt", I'd be happy to cut it up more. At this point, she is very happy and I'm so relieved. Here are the pictures.

UH OH! How to add photos??

Go to the bottom of this page and click on go advanced. Then click on manage attachments. A new window will open...Click add files...open the file with the pics... then click upload. Once all of that is done at the bottom of that screen click on done. Now your pics are attached and you can post the message.

1st Picture: This was the train to the dress......now is the "bottom of the rounded coverlet.
2nd Picture: This is the side of the coverlet and part of the large medallion in the middle of the coverlet. There was a large
yellow spot there so the "front" of the dress medallion was placed here. There are also some pillows to the left.
3rd & 4th Picture: Ornament made from scraps and extra beads.
5 & 6th Picture: The pillows. You can see that the back pillow has the back of the dress with the lacings. The front of the dress is the front pillow.

I love this!! I think it's so cool! It's so clever to do something like this, rather then put it in a box, never to be seen again. You did an awesome job!
