Default Oceanside-Scrappy Trip Along on Flickr

I made one scrappy top already but love making these blocks so I decided to put together another one in blues. I want the layout to reflect the waves of the ocean and to go from the darkest blues (ocean deep) to the palest blues (sky). I still need to add at least one more vertical row but I may even add two more. Click image for larger version.

That is beautiful! I'm years and years (and lots of fabric) from making a quilt like that but one day...!

Just joined a new sew along for this scrappy trip quilt! then the scraps for a Postage Stamp quilt. I like how you were able to get the wave effect putting the lights for the sky and the deep pretty blue for the waves. Yes maybe you are right another row or two? Great job!
