umm yeah. You might not be happy with a whole quilt with that design. Maybe change some of the yellow strips going around the black pinwheel so it's not so pronounced. Nice work though

Spining comet?! I think it could work. Just watch out for colorcombos!

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

Sash it with some of the black fabric from the pinwheel. I think that would break up the yellow and it would look good.

I kinda like the block, but the green fabric isn't right. Maybe another black or even white in that space would look better.

I like it, but then I always like yellow. I think you've inspired me to try a yellow quilt. WAIT -- not until I finish all the stuff on my 2013 UFO list!!!!!

But your block is very pretty. I don't know exactly what u mean by "u know."

LOVE the pattern! (Not so much for the colors)

#2 Sew all day and all night - no cooking allowed.
#3 Start a new quilt before the last one is finished - must return to #1.
