I finished this tote a few weeks ago. The pattern is from Fons and Porter 2004 magazine.
I carry this tote everywhere - it's so roomy - to work - on vacation - to the Dr.'s office.

I have made several of the Totes and I remember Jenny saying something about making the bottoms stiffer by using a heavy plastic and making a "pillow case" to cover it and putting it in the bottom. What kind of plastic can I use? Have been searching but don't seem to be finding anything that I think will hold up. My husband wants to use a piece of masonite wood and I am not so sure about that either. Thanks Diane Hooper
