Default placemats, toppers and mugrugs, oh my

i bought one layer cake of Harmony fabric....made a chevron quilt (posted somewhere here) and with the remnants made 2 placemats, and a table topper.

i used new-to-me placemat blanks ( the name escapes me now) purchased at my local quilt shop. they are 18x14....you iron on the completed fabric top and bottom and then quilt over the whole thing. pretty thick, but says it is washable.

the mug rug (blue triangle thingy) was made from scraps using the 5 min block tut. one of those was enough for me.....it was a challenge thrown down by a quilting friend

I really like your placemats - would love to know what that 'kit' is called. Think I can steal the pattern easily though.

i had the fabric and made up the design. the placemats come in a set of 4....rounded corners...sort of a fusible heavy material..i do not have the wrapping anymore, but i got it at my local quilt shop. i think around $8 for the set. it is washable.
