    I haven't had foot and leg cramps at all since I started the magnesium 2 years ago, and I used to get them nightly.

    I just take magnesium every day now. Don't get leg cramps any more. Many meds and some herbal teas wash the mag out of your system.

    You can call Postmaster General, both state and national level. They DO put some push on local postmasters to keep things right.

    On the rare occasion I order from Amazon, it always comes UPS. I am in Arkansas.

    My orders only have to go about 200 miles and take JUST as long....And for the same shipping money, my orders from west coast get here in 3 days. Guess where I order most?
