  1. Re: Jenny's Disappearing Pinwheel Basket, my rendition

Looks fine to me. That was a lot of work since your grid is so small.

Both pics brought smiles to my face. I'm very thankful I don't have this much "help."
  4. Re: Daily Special aready sold out - and it's not even a minute past midnight!

The monkey wrench fabrics are available at M* in other formats, e.g. a layer cake, JR, yardage, etc., but of course are not the DD. That fabric also is available other places. Sorry you missed out...

    Re: Saturday Morning Hellos! :)

Suzanne ~ I hope today will be a better day. My DH also is a train buff. He has a 10'x10' HO model RR in one of the bsmt. BRs. It certainly was a mental health hobby for him for many years. Now,...

Suzanne ~ My eventual plans are to make a Kaffe Fassett "Shuttles" quilt using a LC cut in half. Each corner gets snowballed with 4 squares of the same fabric, but each block is snowballed with a...

Re: Make a "Mountain Lily" Quilt with Jenny Doan

It's a very pretty quilt. I also thought the green was a bit too stark. I have a JR of Summer Breeze that might work well for this pattern. However, I'm not a fan of all that snowballing. If I...

Re: It's Friday and cold as H**LL

Good Morning, Everyone ~ It's a cold one here, too. Only 10 deg. on our therm. The weather site says it's 5 deg. with a wind chill of -5. It's supposed to warm up to almost 50 today, so we should...

    Re: Need batting information please.

How often will the quilt be washed? It's my understanding that wool batting shrinks more than 80/20. You might want to research that.

Re: Jenny's All Stars Block of the Month

I personally don't care for the pattern. I know I can't commit to something like that. Also, that's pretty pricey. A person could do their own BOM using many of the free patterns on the web. ...
