    run them through your hair, the natural oils will let them slide easier. Fill your pincushion with cornmeal and it will sharpen them every time you use it.

    Angel food cake is diabetic friendly and fruit over the top is good as long as you don't oversweeten it. Think strawberry shortcake or peach. Macaroons are okay for diabetics too.
