I think the thread title said it all. Not misleading in MHO.
  2. Re: My 2 quilts (second attempt to post with images)

These are great for first projects. I love the way you quilted on either side of the seams. It makes the patches stand out so much nicer than 'in the ditch.'
  3. Re: I want a pattern for a Christmas ornament ball

So happy you have a grandson. Enjoy. Being grandparents (and great grands) is the best.

My DH built one for me with a Hinterberg frame kit a few years ago. The kit is now $155 and it does not include the 3 bars or the lumber for the frame, just the hardware needed to operate it. It...

    Re: Layer cakes

I have used 108 backing for cutting my own precuts. You get 3 yards of fabric per one yard. I find it more cost effective and is worth the extra effort.

  17. Re: Unfinished pieces that will keep my mind busy.

Terry, so glad you have some wonderful donations to work on. As to the move, well that is an awful lot to absorb. My DH wanted to move long before I did and we did hire some work to be done. When...

Congrats to your daughter and a big pat on your back as a proud mama. It is hard to let the 'baby' in the family leave the nest.
