    Re: Search engine unreliable

Just to follow up here it’s all fixed up. So give it a shot, results should be way more relevant (navy fabric is now legit navy fabric) and you can now view them all. Lmk what you think

    Re: Search engine unreliable

Awesome find hulamoon and thank you for saying something and not just moving on!! It’s super helpful. So we just completely upgraded our search engine a week ago and have been seeing what bugs...
  4. Re: Do you ever offer panels in your Daily Deals?

This is great feedback, I have a few takeaways here, 1) I can better organize the panels on the site, 2) offer a little more instruction on what to do with them. Both options are ones I can make...
  5. Re: Not sure if this goes HERE....but look what I found! An old tutorial of Jenny's for a (simple)Christmas Idea

haha man, that is a throwback, GG is right, she's in a wheel chair and kind of hopped up on pain killers (there's one video I left a blooper in in the beginning with her trying to say "Pam and Nicky...
  6. Re: Do you ever offer panels in your Daily Deals?

Don't listen to auntstuff, stay here and keep asking questions. We do but only every now and then. Because they're so diverse (rather, there are so many different ones) it'd probably be easier to...

    Re: Packing slip stop complaining

So on the international shipping front, we have two things we're trying that might have a bit of overlap, but expect major announcements on canada shipping in the next month or two. On the pick slip...

    Re: Well traveled, no passport

thanks everyone, there's not any value coming from this discussion. Sometimes logistics companies make mistakes. It was good feedback on the first page, the rest is just anger for the sake of anger...

    Re: Well traveled, no passport

you're right, we get these every now and then. I'll have them peek at what's going on here. I think the number of times you could look at your shipping info and notice it seems ridiculous is a lot...

    Re: Well traveled, no passport

I'm just glad we have a two day option where you can avoid all of this if you want to. Yay shipping options!
  12. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

@auntstuff I am absolutely shocked I have not been able to delight you with these new ideas, you're normally so delightable
  13. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

there is literally an unlimited 2 day shipping, that 100% solves the time to get a package doesn't it?
  14. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

But we WANT you to come to Hamilton. :) Each perk may not be beneficial to everyone, I'm just trying to build an overall package interesting enough to try it. We're at about $400 in value at this...
  15. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

Let me follow up and see why that's not on there and get it fixed for you. Yes, you'd pay $2 to get 2day shipping with this option.

And we are planning on doing the block app for kindle as well,...
  16. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

Hey Sydney, wouldn't the unlimited 2 day shipping option be interesting to you then if the standard shipping is slow? Explain to me how you read through an offer like this and why 2 day shipping...
  17. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

Thanks Heather for your feedback. Is the quilting credit not an incentive because you have your own machine or just wouldn't send a quilt in even if it was 50$ off?

Did you see the option for...
  18. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

Tried a few other things, curious your thoughts -

    OPTION A
    Free standard shipping
    $50 Machine quilting credit
$50 In town credit for when you visit Hamilton
A free Jenny on the Road ticket...
  19. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

Also we do load to KC every night, we're right there with you guys. Packages go straight to the sorting facility and on they go, but it only saves a day of time.
  20. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

ahh that's clever, would be a cool idea if there's a lot of use in the program, that would make a lot of sense. It would just be a technical challenge of reserving inventory and exempting the item...
  21. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

No, normal shipping stays the same, this is an opt in program that gives you a PLUS level of speed and perks.
  22. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

Thanks for the support and feedback. The idea behind this is that for people who order regularly, they can get their orders in a fraction of the time for less money. Since it's a completely...
  23. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

Of course, we'll keep offering great prices on shipping for you!

If you do find yourself buying quilting supplies around once a month though, let's chat about why this is an incredible deal :D
  24. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

That's a good idea Karen, it's an interesting spot to try and navigate, I don't think we could do a quilters cash swap for dollars, we can trade services though, I'll keep working on some other perks...
  25. Re: Beta testers needed for new MSQC Shipping program

I'm curious how you all are approaching the math on this. In my head if we gave you a big chunk of the money back in the form of machine quilting, it's pretty much a wash then you also get free...
