    Normally I use 10-11 stitches per inch. If I know I'm going to press my seams open I'll use 12-14 stitches per inch.

    Nice block! If you decide to press the seams open you might want to shorten your stitch length to prevent the seams from pulling apart as you match your points. Trust me, that was a hard lesson...
