Re: Help!! I did something stupid!

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm really bad at quilting math. And that RJR fabric app is a lifesaver!

FYI, I found the magazine yesterday. It was tucked safely in a binder. :)

Re: Help!! I did something stupid!

Thank you all for your help and suggestions. I think I've got it figured out now. And anyone want to bet as soon as I finish the quilts, I'll find my missing issue of Block? :)

Re: Help!! I did something stupid!

Thank you so much, GrandmaE for taking the time to look this up. I couldn't find any corrections either. You've been a great help and I'm in your debt.

Re: Help!! I did something stupid!

I've seen the video but she doesn't say how big the borders are. I already bought the fabric for the borders per the material list in the Winter 2014 issue of Block but I lost the magazine and don't...

    Re: Giveaway Week 26 Jul 17th - 24th

Taught both my daughters but since they work full-time, they find it easier to 'ask mom' to do it for them.

    Re: Too many quilts

Check with a local nursing home. The one my mother is staying at has some but they are always needing more. It makes the residents beds look more like home and they treasure them.

Elliegirl, I've never made a photo quilt so I have no advice to offer. I just wanted to say how wonderful it is that you still have your mother on her upcoming 100th birthday and how thoughtful you...

    Re: Missed Christmas by ThisMuch

Oh, the quilting was a challenge since I had never machine quilted anything that large before. I went with squares because I thought that would work best with the design given my limited quilting...

Oh, that looks beautiful with the black! And I love the idea of adding sashing between the rows. Those tumblers will really pop.

I think you will be doubly proud when you are done that not...
