Happy Birthday Gals, wishing you all the best!
Welcome Elizabeth from your neighbor to the north-Wisconsin-I am sure you will find this an enjoyable and supportive quilting group.
I must say the word elegant came to mind at first sight.
Awesome, what a great accomplishment.
Wishing you all the best today and throughout the year.
After seeing so many wonderful gifts created via an embroidery machine at last nights gift exchange-my hexi club is so much fun- I am more interested than ever to get one. DH says "look into it" ...
Thanks all. I had a wonderful day, after breakfast with friends it was home and I got some quiet sewing time. The evening was filled with Hexi group where I got some more sewing time and we held...
Wow those are treasures to be sure.
Thanks for sharing! I now have a hubby with thoughts rolling.
I have watched a few demos at quilt expos and at Nancy's Notions quilt weekends and it seems that even the people doing the demos have problems getting them to work. I have/will not spend the money.
I just love those pictures!
I really like this one, the scrappy colors are adorable. But in order for me to make this one I would need to do some very stragic pressing-I tend to be a bit picky when it comes to my seams laying...
Wow, I just knew you would come through and help on this one. My creative juices were flowing this weekend and the project is half done, just waiting now for my M* order to arrive so I can finish...
I can see me making this one, even have the jelly rolls I can use. I was hoping for a different tutorial today, the one we saw her working on with Sue Daley when we were at the Fall Forum retreat. ...
I have made...snowflake table runner, large tote bag, zipper pouch with hexi supplies, Santa pillow, rope bowl filled with chocolates, supplies for the upcoming years class project.
I went to my hexi group last night and we realized our next meeting will be our Christmas gathering. Now I have to think of an exchange gift. Either something home made or with a $$ value of 15$. ...
Happy Birthday Karen!!!
You did a wonderful job Robin!!!
Wow, what wonderful items. Sure to be a successful sale with these.
I just got back from a craft sale, many bowl cozies for sale at different booths but all those had just one layer of batting. I usually put in two, how many do you use?
I like this one and actually have a layer cake that would be great. Maybe I will have to invest in the template.
If it were me, I would cut them all down to the same size.
It works just fine. A friend asked me to "fix" an old quilt her grandmother made that was tied , the backing was very worn and thin so I added an extra layer of backing and put a small single...
Nice! I am sure he will enjoy and appreciate it.
Awesome work! Love all 3 but I am just drawn to the last one.
