    Signature line in my posting

How can I change my signature line. Using the About Me tab, I do get an Edit link, but when I click on it, there does not seem to be a way to actually change the signature.
    Many thanks.

If you can find the serial number, look it up on ISMACS. http://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_machine_company/serial-numbers/singer-sewing-machine-serial-number-database.html or here ...

    Re: Help!!!

Good old hydrogen peroxide works wonders on blood stains and others. Always test an area first, but it is my go to for blood stains on anything. It does get old, so if you've had the bottle for a...
  7. Re: Anyone try the Quilt as You Go Hexi yet?

Yep, tried it as soon as I got it in November. Did post the following:

Received the new template this morning and just had to try it out. Ooooops, no silicon pins to be found anywhere so I...

    Re: Tiny red tick bite..Yikes!

See the doc. Those signs like a bulls eye are an indication of lyme disease. Do not treat that lightly. I hope you saw the doc.

A word to all. If you remove a tick. Save it. I know, sounds...

    Re: Machine Applique - Fun!

Thank you all for all the ideas! It may just end up as a wall hanging or if I keep going (tee hee) a king-size quilt (kidding, of course). Size at this point it is 22"x22". Blocks themselves were...

    Re: Machine Applique - Fun!

I agree. There is red on the top of the tree, but not much. I'll add a few red ornaments or maybe some red garland! Many thanks for the critique.

    Machine Applique - Fun!

Okay, I did it again. Went to clear up my sewing studio, but didn't get very far. Got hooked on doing a little machine applique. I'll chalk it up to being a little prepared for the holidays in...

  16. Gift Cards and processing / balance checking

    Good morning.
I purchased a couple of the gift cards and used one yesterday, partially. Well, at least I thought I did. I did enter the code and it accepted it. Now I see that my paypal account...

Re: Ideas for baby quilt, gender unknown

My go to is a disappearing nine-patch, primary colors with a creamy white or soft green / yellow and white.

    Re: Mountain Mist batting

I'm familiar with Mountain Mist but I don't use it - by the way, this site seems to have a lot of info: http://mountainmistcrafts.com/
I stick with Hobbs 80/20 and love it.

    Re: QUESTION FOR 2020....

Never had a problem with any distortion or wonky using the backing as binding! I have to say that I always wash and machine dry my fabrics before using them.
    Thank you for asking.

    Re: QUESTION FOR 2020....

So many stories and great ideas thanks to Bubby's question.
I hit the sewing room today with four in mind. Fussy cutting (I hate to waste fabric), prairie points, binding hexigons and getting rid...
  21. Re: What is this tool? It appears to be for sewing, not quilting.

I certainly have a hem guide (or two or three) and don't find myself using them. I tend to eyeball after all these years of sewing garments, etc. If you don't have one, and don't want to purchase...

    Re: QUESTION FOR 2020....

Hand stitching is beautiful and if it is a quilt which would be considered an heirloom, then hand stitching is the way I would go.

I machine stitch almost all bindings, particularly for items...

  25. Re: Jewel Box quilted (Birthstone series by MJ Kinsman)

I can't agree more. I would have lost my mind somewhere through even the first one.
