I'm working on the Checkered Dresden quilt and all of mine ended up with 21 blades as well. Must be our seam allowances. I'm not worried about it because mine ALL turned out that way...

Thanks everyone! It was my first attempt with photo transfer to fabric and for the most part it worked really well. I just hope it holds up over multiple washings and over the years.
