Re: Bounce Pressing Spray surprise !

I haven't seen or tried the Bounce brand, but I will watch for it. I LOVE Niagara non-aerosol starch, have you tried it? It doesn't scorch or flake and it is very reasonably priced.

Re: Starching your fabric - Help me understand

I like to use the Niagara brand in the pump bottle, not aerosol, and it's about $1.87 a bottle. I don't get any flaking with it and no residue either. I have been using a lot of flannel lately and...

Re: So what did I do wrong?

Great advice from Tamara and Cyndi! I just have one thing to add. Make sure your border fabric is on top when sewing. I learned this from Jenny and it makes a HUGE difference too.

    Re: Gloves for FMQ

I have found the gloves very helpful with straight line quilting too, wouldn't do it without them. I have very small hands and I got the Fons and Porter gloves from JoAnn's and they fit me perfectly,...

    Re: Rotary Cutters

Too funny Dee! There are a few things I am definitely left handed at, eating, writing and cutting veggies and such, but I use scissors right handed and discovered I am comfortable using the rotary...

Aww sorry you had to rush, I hope you didn't forget anything. I tend to rush more if hubby is in the store with me. He hates to shop, unless it's his kind of shopping.....I recently spent more than...

    Re: Rotary Cutters

I would contact the maker of your blades. They may have had a bad batch and would possibly replace them.

Good afternoon all! I had a 1/2 day at work today, so the rest of the afternoon is mine. I have squandered away some of it installing antivirus to my computer, the previous had expired (AVG free...

If you have any beekeepers in your area, you could call them. They may be interested in gathering them up for their hives and it would be much safer for you!
