  1. Re: Uber or other transportation from Cameron to KC airport

Nate is Jenny's brother. I knew it was in the retreat info, just couldn't get to it on my phone. Fingers are too big and I kept hitting the wrong thing!
  2. Re: Uber or other transportation from Cameron to KC airport

I think one of Jenny's brothers does the Uber thing. If I can find the info I will post it

Toni, you were mentioned fondly at the retreat this year. Several talked about you bringing your guitar and singing with Jenny.

    Re: 2020.....

Charyti is the picture girl. She probably hasn't had a chance to upload anything. I'm not sure when she sewed anything as I always seemed to see her with a camera stuck to her.

    I was on a mission...

    Re: Kai Scissor Sale?

Best way to keep track of them is sign up for their emails. They do NOT spam you all the time. I've not had anything from them in a while. I think their sale is usually close to Black Friday

    Re: Selling question

If you like Janome and would like to stick with that brand (and maybe get a better trade in) take a look at the newer Janome HD 9 model. It will sew bags just as well as the Juki 2010. I think the...
  12. Re: I want a pattern for a Christmas ornament ball

How about a tutorial for a patchwork ball> Made with Christmas fabrics/colors I think it could work. You might have to adjust for size

    Re: Monday Morning Greetings! :)

Our weather went from hot, hot summer to almost late fall feeling pretty much overnight. My hibernation mode wants to kick in, so I hear you on the naps.

  17. Re: Free Moda Big Sky Bear pattern. Really really cute.

It seems to be gone from the Moda site now. I am thinking it was only free for a short time. It looks like the fabric designer is selling it now

Ok, I made the Silly Snakes quilt (more or less since I couldn't find a pattern more than 5 years ago) and it is pretty simple. Somewhere there is an online tutorial, or was, and I will see if I can...

Re: MSQC Thread in Juki 2010Q

If I am correct Aurifil is 40 weight, pretty much the normal weight for piecing thread. 50 weight is lighter so the alternate threading method should help with it
