    I have learned that you really have to turn the tension very very low when using your darning/free motion foot. I am sure you are very frustrated. :(

    Sorry, I just saw this. You stitch in the ditch...so you put your needle in the center position and sew along where the quilt and binding meet.

    Normally paper is not left on the back. That in the video was a great historical find!! You set your stitch length alot shorter to make the paper easier to rip off when you are done with the quilt...

    That log cabin looking thing at the bottom of the deal page is how moda is showing all their color lines now. I've seen it on several sites and I HATE it. It doesn't show up enough of the fabric.
