Re: Do you ever offer panels in your Daily Deals?

I love panels. IMO, they already are reasonably priced without a sale. Recently I scrolled through my albums & was surprised at how many panel quilts I've made over the years. They work great if a...

    Re: Jelly rolls

You can cut your own strips or buy the pre-cuts from Jordan Fabrics. Matt hand cuts theirs so the edges are nice & straight. Don't give up on JRs; they make great quilts.

Hi, Everyone ~ I finally have something to show & tell. I just resized my pics using Photo Shop so I could post them here. This is one of 2 baby quilts I gifted Tues. at the church baby shower. I...

Thanks for sharing. That is totally amazing. The lace is beautiful. The process looks complex.

Re: Hello from a not so cold Thursday

Back again ~ Things are a bit blurry, since I had my eyes dilated at the eye appt. this a.m. I did have a change in my Rx. Both DH & I need to get new lenses. My cataracts still are early stages....

Re: Hello from a not so cold Thursday

Good Morning, Everyone ~ Today I have an appt. for my annual eye exam. The dr. always dilates my eyes, so I'll be wearing the dark glasses on the way home. I have scheduled the fall clean-up with...

Re: I just had to get it.

The Oliso has never tempted me. It's a cute iron with the M* logo, etc., but I'm not willing to pay that much for an iron. A person could buy a lot of inexpensive irons for that cost. My Black &...
  10. Re: Tube quilts (like Summer in the Park) remnants...found any way to use those triangular pieces?

I just now reviewed my albums. Take a look at my "Scrappy Hour Glass" baby quilt, Nov. 2015, in which I used leftover scraps from a Summer in the Park.

  12. Re: Tube quilts (like Summer in the Park) remnants...found any way to use those triangular pieces?

Yes, I made a scrap quilt out of those left overs. I don't have time to share more now.

Re: It is a bitter cold Wednesday

Good Morning, Everyone ~ It was colder last night than it is this a.m. It was in the mid-30's when I went to bed, but it warmed up in the night. It was 52 when I got up, then dropped to 46. It's...

    Re: It's a white Tuesday

Suzanne ~ That's way more snow than we got here. It got up to 58 today & the rest of our snow (in our yard, at least) has melted. People with north facing yards still have snow on their lawns &...

Re: Pre Wash Kona Cotton yardage??

I don't pre-wash anything except flannel, & sometimes not even that, depending on what I'm making. I personally would never wash pre-cut squares. Post pics of your finished project.

    Re: It's a white Tuesday

Good Morning, Everyone ~ The snow yest. quit ~9 a.m. & the sun came out. Our neighbor shoveled the driveway & front walk before daylight. Our snow angel from church came ~9:45 & shoveled. A lot...
