    Pretty sure standard is the normal shipping that M* uses, which is Smartpost. The 2 day would be what ever it is when you pay the $2 extra on an order, probably still Fed Ex

    Super 8 in Cameron also has two or three rooms with 3 queen beds as well. Most of us stay there before retreats. THe owners and staff are like family now

    Some cured and pre-seasoned meats might contain sugar, but plain, raw beef, chicken, pork, etc. does not have sugar. Sauces and many condiments do have sugar (a lot) in them.
