Re: Sewing Machine Call Out to Quilters

Thanks again. I ended up biting the bullet and purchased a machine with only a slight amount of additional throat space (about 8 sq inches) than I had already. I talked with others who said...

??? Hi. I highlighted what I don't quite understand. Am assuming "s agwin" might be "a twin" but don't know what you mean by "Is opulent discount." Can you possibly explain further?:0

Thanks so much. I haven't made a final decision yet and collecting info from dealers in my area as well as a lot of research. Some things I have been told are: Brothers and Singers are now using...

Sewing Machine Call Out to Quilters

What brand and model of sewing machine do you use for your quilting projects?

What features does it have, which you absolutely need for quilting?

What work space does your machine offer?...

Re: An Iron is an Iron, Right?

I have an Oliso Pro-Series Iron. I saw a demo at Costco and fell in love immediately. You only use one setting for everything because it actually steams your fabric flat. I bought it especially for...

    Re: Jenny's Jelly Roll Quilt

Thanks. No, I didn't use a walking foot. Don't even own one. I have a transparent nylon darning foot which measures 1/4" seams, on my machine all the time. It is so versatile.
