    Thank You Danielle

    Thank you so much Danielle!

Oh my goodness! Everything was made with such care and they all are so beautiful!

January, the heart mug rug is so pretty. The applique was just perfect! February-The flag pillow with all of those buttons, and the crocheted lace was just adorable. It's going to be a great addition to the kids 'school/ play room' on the couch! March- The little pouch with the wonder clips was so pretty. I've never seen a pouch pattern like that! Mike was like, you can never have enough wonderclips!, April- Oh my, my birthday socks and that little ring pin cushion. Esther has started checking my socks all the time now! The Ice cream cup pin cushion brought back so many memories. One of my students a LONG time ago gave me a sundae set like those. It brought tears to my eyes because we used them for ages then our Min Pin used one of them as his own little doggie ice cream cup. May- Circles, I can't wait to use the circles basket. I have the perfect spot for it, and June's Block will make for some good reading for these cold winter months.July- paper piecing- Oh wow! All of those little triangles! It's a beautiful ornament and I couldn't wait to put it on the tree. August- oh how neat is that! So many zippers, so many pockets. I can't wait to fill it up! I love being organized! September's falling leaves - I love the zipper project bag, I can't imagine making anything so neat and pretty with vinyl. October- Yummy, just plain old yummy! It's Turtles, what more is there to say. I do love them. I bought a bag of the minis at Hobby Lobby not long ago. Mike can't believe I still have some. Now I have even more, and they're bigger, too! November- The log cabin throw is perfect for my living room sofa. It really brings out the blues in the sofa's fabric. It's beautiful! December- The hot pads are so cute. I can't wait to hang them in my new kitchen... hopefully, I'll get started on that this year!

Thank you so much for all of your hard work, your creative thinking, and your generosity. It was an amazing evening opening all of the goodies. I don't know who gets more excited, me or Mike.

I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a blessed new year.

I’m so happy you loved everything and shared all the memories with me for each thing you got. I had such fun creating everything for you. Christmas is also my favorite time and I look forward to opening the swap gifts. I hope to continue our online friendship. Merry Christmas

    About this Group

Membership is now closed for 2019.

We had a lot of fun with the Secret Santa 2018 group last year. A lot of happy people received beautiful handmade gifts from their Secret Santa's. Each person made and received 12 gifts at Christmas that were made throughout the year, one a month based on a given theme. We learned new things, challenged our skills in a non-stressful way and got "down and dirty" creative. Plus at the end of the year we get 12 great gifts for Christmas!

This group is a commitment as you are signing on to create 12 gifts during the year. They can be smaller projects so any challenge is not overly difficult. Choose whatever difficulty you are comfortable with. You may also, twice a year, swap out the named theme for one of your own choosing. You may also purchase rather than hand make 3 items during the year.
