    February 2016 BOM

    Okay here is Feb's BOM

    This one also uses my Star Point Method

    I approached this one a bit differently than usual. It occurred to me that most of my quilt blocks are 6 rows of 6 blocks.
    so the quilt block can be broken into 4 sections. You will see the section below with it's layout below that.
    Once you have 4 of these made then you can sew them together into a complete quilt block. I thought this might be
    easier to follow along with. So you are making 9 patch blocks and then sewing them together to make that whole quilt block.

    Here are some quilt ideas using this quilt block. The only thing I did was change colors.

    Directions for the shortcut Blocks

    I send out a 2 1/2" free template if you need one. Just send me your postal address.

    These quilt blocks will either be 6 rows of 6 squares each or a 4 rows of 4 squares each.

    For the 6 x 6 you need a 2 1/2" = 12 1/2"
    For the 4 x 4 you need a 3 1/2" = 12 1/2"

    Templates to make a different size quilt block

    1 1/2" =6 1/2" unfinished quilt block
    3 1/2" = 18 1/2" unfinished quilt block.
    4" = 21 1/2"
    4 1/2" = 24 1/2"
    5" 27 =1/2" and
    5 1/2" = 30 1/2"
