    What a fun quilt. It makes my eyes go all wonky with an optical illusion. Very cool.

          Jenny's tutorial today is made with the same basic block, just more scrappy and set square, not on point. Very versatile block! Also makes Jacob's ladder! Your quilt is very interesting with the limited palette and set on point.

              That IS the basic Jacob's ladder block. The color choice and setting on point makes the pattern. Its true you can do many things with that block, like this one too. Same block, very different look

                  It came out of my head, so that's where the pattern is. Its 2 four-patches and 2 HST per block, set block on point, keep the darker colors on the diagonal center.
