God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope. -

She sure wastes a lot of material. My mother is having a fit in my head. She was from the depression era where you squeezed everything. Nice easy pattern but I'm not a fan of the materials she chose.sigpic -

I liked the panel she used....not so much the other particular fabrics.
I do see how this can be used with other panels and quilt blocks.
Easy, quick and could be part of a nice gift set.
