I will send a little envelope with scraps for the hexagons to you this weekend, I won't put a note in it, because I weight it and this was 100 gr, so not very much postage, and that way it is still fun to ship oversea......

HI! The pockets in the tote were done with 4 charm squares- sew 2 together side by side (you'll have 2 sets) then place them right sides together and sew around 3 sides leaving the bottom open, turn right side out and press.

Two of the quilts you liked are in the book, "Strip-Pieced Quilts: Easy Designs from Just Six Fabrics" by Maaike Bakker. The quilts in this book aren't as easy as they say but still fun and pretty quick. It's just hard to pick the right six fabrics! I have another one from this book, I'll see if I can find it to show you.

Hi Shannon, It's been so nice to see you around the forum. I've really enjoyed your posts. I like the New York Beauty quilt in my MQX album, too. Just so you know it's from a quilt show and I didn't make it! I wish I was that good! I did make the bottle one and it really is my favorite little quilt. I made it in a class and I don't think I could make another one as I've forgotten how I did it!

Thanks for nice note on my owl blanket. I made it (before my hand surgery) for my coworker's first grandbaby! I haven't been back to work yet because of my hand. So the blankee will be delivered when I go back. It was my first self-binding blanket using Jenny's tutorial. Hoping to get back to quilting soon!

You asked about my fabric storage - I have a display unit that came from a local Family Dollar store when they remodeled. Bought it at a garage sale. I wrap my fabric around 10x10" pieces of foam core board and pin it in place with a large T shaped craft pin.
