Good timing! I just finished putting the binding on my quilt and took pictures, so you will be able to see it complete. I am going to try to do that in the next hour or so, but I'm not very good at downloading pics.

Guess your laptop is still "sick". Let us know what's up when you can.

Sorry about your laptop. Leave a message on my profile page and let me know how it's going. A scrap quilt can be a great idea, there are some beautiful scrap patterns. Let me know what you work out about your quilt design when you are able. Keep watching the tutorials!
  7. Sorry I'm just reading this. My laptop has a virus and I'm on my old desktop. I really like your quilt design. I have looked at several from 2 long arm quilters in my area. I guess I'm going to have to wait a while now that I have to get my laptop fixed. Money is real tight right now. I think the one quilter has a cotton bloom design. I keep searching the tutorials and I may try to take a class some time. I was really excited about this site and then my laptop got sick! ugh! I may try to make a small quilt with some of my scraps for now.

    Susie,
Did you decide on a quilting design? Just thinking about you, I know it can be a frustrating decision sometimes. Let me know how it's going.

I will try to post a close up of the quilting. The pattern was cotton bloom or something like that. It was like a cotton plant. I am taking another one next week. I can take a class to learn how to use the machine and then do my own quilting on the long arm. That way I can take on some larger quilts that I am not comfortable quilting myself.
