Biography:

My mother taught me to sew when I was young. My grandmother was a fantastic seamstress too. I have been making quilts since I graduated from college. (Which was what seems like a very long time ago now) I loved when I was young being the "young" quilter in the groups. I wish I still was! LOL
I always have some type of creative project going on at all times. It's not always quilting. But I would say quilting is probably my favorite!
I love trying new techniques. I get bored easily - I could never do the same thing over and over.
My other hobbies: Genealogy, scrapbooking, and photography.
I am married with two teenage kids. I am also a teacher.
