Ruler work is a slow process, and hopefully I will get more speedy with practice. This took way too long.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I have gotten out my compass and am making these with my own pattern.

This would work if I had width of fabric for many pieces. Some may be 5 inches long by an inch.

  1. I never got a chance to really experiment with the 9900.... husband was enamored with the 15000 so he just traded it in... now he wants me to get a long arm.. shoot, I am just now (yr later) learning my janome... so it will be a long time before I am ready to tackle that!

    Hi,

Saw your post about trading the 9900 for the 15000. We did the same thing! There were features of the 9900 that I liked, but it never stitched the way I thought it should. Loving the 15000.! I wondered if you felt the same about your trade.
