Both! Each year I have went, I learn so much that I want to apply. So this week while at the thrift store I bought a 403A not old but good!. It said tested/works. Fun! I wish the PNW TOGA had classes, it was pretty much just a gathering last year. Congratulations on the 403a, they are nice machines. I grew up sewing on a 401a.
