    That was fun!

I have been trying to be good and use up my stash fabrics but have found I use some but buy more to go with, this uses up only a bit of my stash so.....I decided to make my last quilt with only stash fabrics. I used leftover charm squares, leftover sashing fabric, left over binding scraps and some rather ugly stuff for the backing-even used pieces of leftover batting. I must say it did not turn out so bad. So today I started on my next stash only project.

Procrastinate. It frees up time to quilt!

That's what this group is all about... )
It feels so good to make things from all the scraps and pieces that have just been sitting there for so long... )

Nice going. That's the stacked coins pattern? It's great and none of it looks ugly at all! Love your pooch perched on top too.

      About this Group

The only rule for this group is to challenge yourself to create projects entirely from your collected stash and post pictures and project ideas here to spark creativity amongst the group.

We all enjoy shopping for patterns and fabrics for new projects and in our excitement for the new and interesting older projects and finds get forgotten. Sometimes, we find single fabulous prints in fat quarters, pre-cuts or yardage that don't fit any specific plan. Make a plan for them!

There is no timeline on this group, it is just a place other quilters can come looking for fun ideas that don't require an order or a trip to the store
