    Ideas anyone

I'm looking for some 'manly' low-stitch-count designs for tea towels for a guy who lives in a log cabin. I've exhausted my 'patience' trying to find something . . . believe me, I've looked. I'd thought of animals - i.e., moose, deer, bear, etc., but that's just not grabbing me. (I have over quarter of a million designs on my computer and have searched all the well-known sites looking for ideas, someone direct me . . . )

Also check for redwork as they should be less stitch counts.

I sometimes use the smaller sized designs as less stitches.

Find a nice font and embroider Real Men Cook on a towel. WTF (Where's The Food) or Live Laugh Golf or You Had Me At Bacon. I don't know what his 'thing' is, but you could make a subway art with words. Like types of beer, BBQ terms, team names, etc. Hope that sparks an idea.

I'm contacting the 'requestee' and telling her she'd better give me some better direction. I've found a lot of designs I like but don't know if they are something that would fit his lifestyle/likes/hobbies . . . Thanks for the links!!

Being new-ish to machine embroidery I don't know how many stitches are considered a low stitch count. But Urban Threads has one I think is nice called Birch Tree Forest. 42,332 stitches

Urban threds has a collection called "pretty poisons" that are all poisonius plants like deadly nightshade. We made a set last year and on request have made 5 more this year for gifts.
